Zoya Developments in Dubai is seeking a highly capable Personal Secretary to the Chief Sales Officer. This is a high-trust, fast-paced executive support role that demands precision, discretion, and the confidence to manage complex schedules and communications on behalf of a senior leader in a busy real estate development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CSO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements end-to-end.
  • Draft and maintain professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate meetings with clients, sales teams, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Screen and manage calls, emails, and communications on behalf of the CSO.
  • Maintain confidential files, contracts, sales reports, and business documents with strict discretion.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support sales activities and operations.
  • Organise business meetings, conferences, and company events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Secretary, or Executive Assistant within a real estate development company (mandatory).
  • Proven track record supporting C-level executives or senior management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Outstanding organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
