What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering exceptional guest service that matches luxury hospitality standards
- Supporting daily restaurant and hospitality operations
- Keeping Front of House and Heart of House teams coordinated and in sync
- Maintaining high standards of service quality and professionalism
- Following company procedures and contributing to a positive team environment
- Supporting new restaurant openings and operational needs as they arise
What you’ll bring:
- Previous hospitality or F&B experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality setting
- A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills
