Full Stack Developer

Proxym Middle East is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join its Dubai team and help build digital solutions across banking, insurance, and both public and private sector projects. If you enjoy working across the whole stack and want exposure to real digital transformation work, this is worth your time.

You’ll build and maintain full-stack applications end to end, working closely with the wider technical team to ship reliable, well-tested software. This is a great fit for a developer who cares about clean architecture as much as shipping fast.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and maintaining full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend tools
• Building responsive interfaces with React.js and Next.js
• Developing backend services and APIs using Node.js and Nest.js
• Designing and maintaining secure, well-authenticated RESTful APIs
• Working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Collaborating with the team to improve performance and reliability
• Implementing testing practices and contributing to continuous improvement
• Supporting DevOps processes including deployment and CI/CD workflows

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Nest.js
• Solid understanding of full-stack architecture and REST APIs
• Experience with databases and Git
• Good grasp of development best practices and testing methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication and teamwork skills
• Fintech, banking, insurance, or digital transformation experience is a plus
