A well-established international trading company is looking for a seasoned Operations & Administration Manager to set up and run its new Dubai operations. This is a chance for a driven professional to shape the company’s local footprint while working closely with overseas leadership.
You’ll take charge of operational setup, regulatory compliance, banking, and office administration, while coordinating with sourcing teams, buyers, vendors, and government bodies to keep things moving and support future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up office operations, corporate banking, and business registration
- Manage banking transactions, remittances, and trade documentation
- Coordinate with overseas management, sourcing teams, buyers, and partners
- Ensure timely compliance with VAT, Corporate Tax, Trade License, Visa, and WPS
- Oversee office administration, vendor management, and team expansion
Requirements:
- 5-8 years in Operations or Administration within a UAE trading company
- Garment or textile industry background is a plus
- Strong grasp of UAE banking procedures and regulatory compliance
- Comfortable working independently with banks, authorities, and advisors
- Excellent written and verbal English
