Store Manager (Fashion Retail)

Al Fan Emirates Trading LLC is expanding its retail footprint across the UAE and wants a motivated Store Manager who’s passionate about fashion retail and knows how to lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth business activity
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to hit sales targets
• Deliver an excellent shopping experience for customers
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
• Oversee inventory, stock control, and merchandising
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures
• Coordinate with Head Office on operational needs

Requirements:

• 2-3 years as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
• Fashion retail background preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of inventory management and retail operations
• Proficient in MS Office and POS/Retail systems
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Must currently reside in the UAE
