Marketing Executive

Informa Connect, a globally recognised events and media organisation, is seeking a talented and energetic Marketing Executive to join its Dubai team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an early-career marketing professional ready to build hands-on expertise in multi-channel campaign delivery, event marketing, digital communications, and audience acquisition within a world-class international environment.

In this role, you will play an active part in planning and executing marketing campaigns that drive exhibitor registrations, delegate attendance, and visitor numbers across Informa Connect’s portfolio of events. You will manage content calendars, oversee CRM data segmentation, and coordinate with sponsors, media partners, and external agencies to ensure cohesive campaign delivery. During live events, you will provide direct on-the-ground marketing support to ensure maximum engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels targeting exhibitors, delegates, and visitors.
• Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and timely communications across all channels.
• Handle CRM data management and audience segmentation to improve targeting effectiveness.
• Coordinate with sponsors, media partners, and external stakeholders on co-marketing activities and content.
• Provide on-site marketing support during live events, ensuring brand standards are upheld.
• Assist with digital marketing activities including paid campaigns, organic social, and email marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of marketing experience; events industry background is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
• Working knowledge of creative design tools including Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic is essential.
• Strong multitasking ability and high attention to detail.

Salary: AED 5,000–8,000/month (Estimated) | Location: Dubai, UAE
