Spa Therapist / Security Officer / Waiter

The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai is growing its hospitality team and is seeking dedicated, service-minded professionals to fill multiple positions. Current openings include Spa Therapist, Security Officer, and Waiter — all based on-site at this established Dubai hotel.

Whether you specialise in wellness treatments, property safety, or delivering exceptional dining experiences, Tower Plaza Hotel values professionals who combine technical expertise with a warm, guest-centric approach. Candidates already based in Dubai with relevant hotel or hospitality experience are given preference, as the team is looking for individuals who can integrate seamlessly and contribute from day one.

Key Responsibilities (by role):

• Spa Therapist: Deliver a range of professional wellness and beauty treatments; maintain treatment rooms to high hygiene and presentation standards; provide personalised service recommendations to guests.
• Security Officer: Monitor and patrol hotel premises to ensure the safety of guests and staff; respond to incidents promptly and professionally; maintain access control and incident documentation.
• Waiter: Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service in hotel dining areas; take orders accurately, serve with efficiency, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

General Requirements (all positions):

• Relevant experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional demeanour with a consistently guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced hotel setting.
• Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred.
• Position-specific qualifications or certifications may be required.

Salary: AED 2,500–4,500/month (Estimated) | Location: Dubai, UAE
