Job Overview
Bernini UAE is seeking a skilled Procurement Officer with experience in interior fit-out projects. This role focuses on managing procurement activities, sourcing vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for fit-out projects
- Source and evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, and reliability
- Negotiate contracts and pricing for cost-effective purchasing
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Work closely with internal teams to understand project needs
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Requirements
- 2–4 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out procurement
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of vendor management and sourcing strategies
- Familiarity with UAE market conditions and regulations
- Ability to manage procurement workflows effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
