Procurement Officer

Robustrade is actively recruiting an experienced Procurement Officer to support its rapidly expanding portfolio of EPC, industrial, infrastructure, and factory installation projects across Dubai. This is a pivotal supply-chain role for a commercially astute professional who thrives in project-driven environments and understands the nuances of technical and industrial procurement.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement cycle — from identifying and qualifying suitable vendors to negotiating favourable commercial terms and coordinating import/export logistics. Your ability to evaluate suppliers on both technical merit and commercial viability will be critical to ensuring project timelines and budget targets are consistently met. Experience with UAE and GCC project procurement, knowledge of MEP and mechanical materials, and familiarity with ERP or SAP platforms will significantly strengthen your application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all procurement activities for EPC, industrial, infrastructure, and factory installation projects from initiation to delivery.
• Source technical equipment, construction materials, and industrial products from qualified and reliable suppliers.
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain a robust supplier and vendor base aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate import and export procurement activities, including documentation and compliance requirements.
• Conduct techno-commercial evaluations of suppliers to assess both technical capability and pricing competitiveness.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers.
• Provide procurement support for MEP and mechanical project requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven background in technical and industrial procurement within EPC, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong vendor development and supplier relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of MEP and mechanical procurement processes and materials.
• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is preferred.
• GCC/UAE project procurement experience is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems preferred.
