MEP Engineer

Dash Group Global in Dubai is expanding its construction team and is looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with a solid UAE project background. If you are confident overseeing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems from design coordination to site completion, this role offers genuine responsibility and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the execution of MEP works across active construction projects.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems through all project phases.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to keep projects moving.
• Monitor site activities to ensure work complies with specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities.
• Review technical drawings and resolve engineering challenges as they arise on site.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and industry standards.
• Contribute to on-time, within-budget project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of UAE construction industry experience.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.
• Proven experience in MEP coordination, site execution, and project management.
• Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders — consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
