    About the Role:

    Versatile Solutions is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations by providing administrative and clerical support to various departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations.
    • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
    • Support HR and administrative departments with routine tasks.
    • Monitor and manage office supplies and procurement.
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Provide general administrative assistance to staff and management.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
    • Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Admin Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
