Operations Coordinator

Genesis Chemical Tank Containers LLC is looking for an experienced, well-organized Operations Coordinator to join its Dubai team, managing daily NVOCC operations and keeping shipments moving efficiently from start to finish.

You’ll liaise with shipping lines, customers, transporters, depots, and overseas agents — coordinating export and import documentation, tracking shipments, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced logistics environment. Minimum 2 years of NVOCC experience is mandatory.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate daily NVOCC operational activities to ensure efficient shipment handling
• Liaise with shipping lines, customers, transporters, depots, and overseas agents
• Prepare, manage, and maintain export and import shipping documentation
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely execution of operational milestones
• Coordinate container operations and maintain accurate shipment records
• Resolve operational issues promptly while maintaining high customer service standards
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 2 years of NVOCC operations experience (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of export and import documentation
• Experience coordinating container operations and shipping line activities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
