BW Interiors is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Estimator / Measurer to join its expanding estimating team in Dubai. This role suits candidates with a foundation in construction or interior fit-out projects who want to build a long-term career in estimating, taking quantity measurements and supporting the team in preparing accurate project costs. Experience with office, residential, or F&B fit-out projects is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and project measurements
- Support the estimating team in developing accurate cost estimates
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Measure quantities for construction and interior fit-out works
- Coordinate with team members to ensure estimation accuracy
- Maintain organized project documentation and estimation records
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in construction or interior fit-out projects
- Experience with office, residential, or F&B fit-out projects is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and strong quantity measurement skills
- Willing to learn and build a long-term career in estimating
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Working knowledge of quantity take-offs, construction drawings, and interior fit-out estimating principles
