TRIO CAFE is seeking an experienced and passionate Outlet General Manager to lead its Mirdiff Store operations. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader with strong experience managing high-volume cafe environments and the ability to drive operational excellence across dine-in, takeaway, drive-thru, and delivery channels.
The successful candidate will oversee overall store performance, lead a diverse team, manage financial results, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to lead one of the UAE’s growing specialty cafe operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a large, diverse team to achieve operational excellence.
- Take full ownership of store P&L and financial performance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Optimize daily operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Maintain high standards of quality, food safety, and brand consistency.
- Drive sales growth while ensuring excellent operational standards.
- Manage operations across drive-thru, dine-in, takeaway, and delivery platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a high-volume cafe or specialty coffee operation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Solid understanding of P&L management and cost control.
- Experience managing drive-thru, delivery aggregators, dine-in, and takeaway operations.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Strong operational and problem-solving abilities.
