An experienced Pricing Manager is sought to join a leading freight forwarding and logistics company in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a logistics professional with deep UAE market knowledge, strong carrier relationships, and a track record of developing competitive pricing strategies that drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate competitive freight rates with shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and overseas agents.
- Prepare accurate, competitive quotations while maximising profitability margins.
- Support the sales team with RFQs, tenders, and strategic pricing proposals.
- Track freight market trends, rate movements, and carrier capacity changes.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure pricing aligns with delivery capabilities.
- Maintain pricing databases and recommend cost-effective logistics solutions.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of UAE freight forwarding and logistics experience; strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), GCC land transport, cross-trade, customs clearance, and Incoterms 2020; well-connected with carriers and overseas agents; Dangerous Goods knowledge is a plus.
