Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities related to hospitality operations
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Utilize procurement systems to manage purchasing processes effectively
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in hospitality procurement
- Mandatory experience with the JANA procurement system
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good organizational and analytical abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
