VANEST for Medical Equipment Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join its team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source dental and medical equipment, consumables, and spare parts from local and international suppliers
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate procurement terms
- Coordinate purchasing activities and monitor order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and international shipping procedures
- Maintain procurement records and update data using Odoo ERP
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or Procurement
- 2–4 years of procurement or purchasing experience
- Experience using Odoo ERP is mandatory
- Experience in the medical, dental, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
