Senior Accountant

Bartawi General Contracting LLC is looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join its Finance team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete accounting cycle and prepare accurate financial reports
• Oversee project accounting, Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Cost-to-Complete (CTC) reporting
• Perform project costing and profitability analysis
• Handle IFRS 15 revenue recognition, client billing, and percentage-of-completion accounting
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8–10 years of accounting experience with minimum 5 years in UAE contracting/construction
• Strong understanding of IFRS, IFRS 15, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CMA, or CPA is an advantage
