Vision Tech
Vision Tech is building out its Construction and Interior Fit-Out team in Dubai and wants a motivated Project Coordinator, whether you’re a fresh graduate or already have a couple years under your belt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, suppliers and subcontractors
- Track project schedules, submissions and deliverables to keep things on time
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes and accurate documentation
- Follow up on material deliveries, approvals and site requirements
- Keep communication flowing smoothly among stakeholders
- Support daily project operations and recordkeeping
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience welcome
- Understanding of construction or interior fit-out processes is a plus
- Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- UAE experience is a plus; immediate joiners preferred
