Project Manager (Store Projects & Maintenance)

Al Homaizi Food Industries (Al Rifai Arabia) is looking for a Project Manager to take the lead on all store fit-out, development, and maintenance projects across their UAE locations. This is a field-forward role — you will be in regular contact with mall management, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to make sure every project lands on time, on budget, and to standard.

Retail or commercial project management experience is the baseline expectation. The ability to read technical drawings and work confidently with design tools like AutoCAD is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of store development and maintenance projects across Al Rifai’s UAE locations.
• Liaise with mall management to secure project approvals, work permits, and required clearances.
• Drive projects to delivery within approved timelines, scope, and cost.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
• Oversee maintenance jobs and ensure they are completed within agreed cost and time parameters.
• Anticipate project risks early and put mitigation measures in place.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders from kick-off to handover.

What You Need:

• 3–5 years of project management experience in retail or commercial environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe applications, and 3D Max.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
