Job Description
Celia Target Real Estate Dubai Branch is looking for ambitious and motivated Property Consultants to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about real estate sales, client relationship management, and helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their property goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions, generating new business opportunities, conducting property viewings, and providing expert market guidance to clients. Key Responsibilities
Property Sales & Leasing
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Promote available properties to prospective buyers and tenants
- Match client requirements with suitable property options
- Guide clients throughout the entire sales and leasing process
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client needs, preferences, and investment objectives
- Provide professional advice and personalized property solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
Property Viewings & Presentations
- Conduct property tours and viewings for prospective clients
- Present property features, benefits, and investment opportunities
- Address client questions and provide accurate property information
- Coordinate viewing schedules and follow-up activities
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
- Follow up on company-generated and self-generated leads
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective buyers, sellers, and investors
- Develop strategies to increase sales opportunities and market presence
Negotiation & Transaction Support
- Negotiate property transactions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Assist clients with offers, agreements, and transaction documentation
- Facilitate smooth communication between all parties involved
- Support successful deal closures while ensuring client satisfaction
Market Research & Analysis
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and developments
- Monitor property prices, demand patterns, and investment opportunities
- Provide clients with accurate market insights and recommendations
- Analyze competitor activities and emerging market opportunities
Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Client interactions
- Property listings
- Sales activities
- Transaction progress
- Update CRM systems and company databases regularly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred
Professional Experience
- Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience
- Previous experience in property sales or leasing preferred
- Understanding of Dubai real estate market practices is required
Visa Requirement
- Valid UAE Visa is mandatory
Language Requirements
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages:
- Arabic
- French
- English
