Marquis Home Developer L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Property Consultant to join its luxury real estate team in Dubai.
You will assist clients in buying and investing in premium residential properties, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. Developer experience and fluency in English and Arabic are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in purchasing luxury residential and investment properties.
- Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties across Dubai.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct property presentations, viewings, and client consultations.
- Negotiate sales agreements and support clients through transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends and investment opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate sales experience.
- Previous experience with a property developer is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan and ready property market.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
