
Shurfa Bay Restaurant Cafe
Shurfa Bay Restaurant & Cafe is looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing & Junior Accounts Executive to join its Abu Dhabi team, supporting both procurement activities and basic accounting operations within a growing F&B business.
You’ll manage supplier relationships, coordinate purchasing, handle accounts payable, and support cost control and stock audit processes, working efficiently across both functions.
What you’ll do:
- Manage purchasing activities and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock availability
- Handle supplier reconciliation and assist with accounts payable processes
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier transactions
- Carry out stock audits and support inventory control procedures
- Assist with petty cash management and financial documentation
- Support monthly cost analysis and cost control activities
- Prepare reports using Excel and maintain accurate operational data
What you’ll bring:
- At least 1 year of purchasing experience in a restaurant or F&B environment
- Knowledge of AP procedures, supplier reconciliation, and petty cash management
- Familiarity with stock audits, inventory monitoring, and cost control
- Good Excel skills with strong attention to detail
- A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
