Purchasing and Junior Accounts Executive

Shurfa Bay Restaurant & Cafe is looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing & Junior Accounts Executive to join its Abu Dhabi team, supporting both procurement activities and basic accounting operations within a growing F&B business.

You’ll manage supplier relationships, coordinate purchasing, handle accounts payable, and support cost control and stock audit processes, working efficiently across both functions.

What you’ll do:

• Manage purchasing activities and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock availability
• Handle supplier reconciliation and assist with accounts payable processes
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier transactions
• Carry out stock audits and support inventory control procedures
• Assist with petty cash management and financial documentation
• Support monthly cost analysis and cost control activities
• Prepare reports using Excel and maintain accurate operational data

What you’ll bring:

• At least 1 year of purchasing experience in a restaurant or F&B environment
• Knowledge of AP procedures, supplier reconciliation, and petty cash management
• Familiarity with stock audits, inventory monitoring, and cost control
• Good Excel skills with strong attention to detail
• A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
