Finmart is looking for talented, results-driven professionals to join its Abu Dhabi team as Team Leader and Sales Officer — ideal roles for individuals with strong sales backgrounds who are passionate about business growth and performance.
You’ll lead or contribute to a sales team, build strong client relationships, and help drive commercial success in a target-oriented financial services environment.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives
- Develop strategies to improve sales performance and hit assigned targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements
- Support business growth through effective sales planning and execution
- Foster a positive and collaborative sales environment
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in sales or team leadership
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
