A leading construction and engineering organization in the UAE is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer (QA/QC) to help maintain high standards across its project sites. This role suits an engineer who takes pride in compliance, inspections, and continuous improvement, and who enjoys working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to keep every phase of construction up to standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures across all project phases
- Carry out quality inspections, audits, and control assessments
- Confirm that project work meets specifications, regulations, and industry standards
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and test documentation
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams on quality matters
- Flag quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and drive process improvements
- Deliver quality awareness training and support Integrated Management System (IMS) rollout
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 5-8 years of QA/QC experience in construction or engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, QA/QC systems, and quality documentation
- ISO certification and QA/QC software experience are a plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
