Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process
- Follow up on leads and identify new business opportunities
- Stay current on market trends and available listings
- Collaborate with the team to hit individual and company sales targets
Requirements
- Real estate experience is a plus, or a strong sales mindset with a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
- Strong client relationship and customer service skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
