This role fits someone with healthcare front-office experience who’s committed to delivering compassionate, professional patient service while handling insurance and administrative processes with care and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients with appointments and front-desk inquiries
  • Verify insurance coverage and process pre-authorizations
  • Handle billing inquiries, co-payments, deductibles, and payment processing
  • Follow up on insurance claims and maintain accurate patient records
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals for smooth patient service
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and deliver professional support at all times

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of front-office experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Good knowledge of insurance verification, pre-authorizations, billing, co-payments, deductibles, and claims follow-up
  • Experience in a Mental Health, Psychiatry, or Psychology clinic is an advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Empathetic, professional, and committed to patient confidentiality
