Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and deliver professional, friendly front desk support.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly across all communication channels.
- Carry out administrative and customer service duties with efficiency and care.
- Prepare and maintain records using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day reception and office operations.
Requirements:
- Currently residing in the UAE; available for immediate joining.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional and well-presented appearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
