Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and deliver professional, friendly front desk support.
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly across all communication channels.
  • Carry out administrative and customer service duties with efficiency and care.
  • Prepare and maintain records using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day reception and office operations.

Requirements:

  • Currently residing in the UAE; available for immediate joining.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Professional and well-presented appearance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
