Tabani Real Estate LLC is hiring a Receptionist / Sales Admin for its Dubai office. The right candidate will be someone who can handle a busy front desk, keep administrative functions running smoothly, and provide solid support to an active sales team — all while maintaining a professional and friendly presence.

UAE real estate experience is a firm requirement. If you enjoy a role that combines customer interaction with hands-on administrative work, this position offers a structured and energetic work environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors while managing front desk operations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office correspondence.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
  • Update CRM records and keep property listings accurate and current.
  • Prepare sales documentation, reports, and general administrative files.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office tasks.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of UAE real estate experience — this is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional presentation with a customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
