ERP Implementation Executive

eMatrix Software is growing and needs an ERP Implementation Executive to join its Dubai team. This role suits someone who has already worked on ERP rollouts and enjoys combining technical know-how with client-facing communication to bring software solutions to life.

You will be involved in ERP projects end-to-end — gathering requirements, configuring modules, delivering training, and providing post-go-live support. Knowledge of UAE VAT and e-Invoicing will give you an edge in this role.

What the Role Involves:

• Take part in ERP implementation projects from initial scoping through to go-live.
• Gather and document client requirements and configure ERP modules accordingly.
• Deliver user training and support teams through the transition period.
• Run system tests and flag any issues before deployment.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related problems and propose workable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal project teams to keep delivery on track.
• Maintain clear project documentation and implementation records.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on ERP implementation or support experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, Inventory, Procurement, HR, or Projects.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and e-Invoicing is a plus.
