Inventory Head

A prominent building materials company in Dubai is searching for a senior Inventory Head to take charge of stock operations across multiple warehouse and retail locations. This is a leadership position targeted at experienced inventory professionals who have worked within the building materials, FMCG, or retail industries at scale.

The role demands strong operational oversight, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to drive efficiency improvements across a multi-site operation. UAE market exposure and professional certifications will strengthen your application.

Scope of the Role:

• Direct inventory operations and team performance across warehouses and retail branches.
• Build and enforce inventory control policies to maintain accuracy and reduce loss.
• Track stock levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize availability.
• Analyse inventory data and produce reports to guide business decisions.
• Reduce excess stock, shrinkage, and discrepancies through process improvements.
• Uphold compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

Profile Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of inventory management experience — Building Materials Trading, FMCG, or Retail sector experience is mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise managing multi-warehouse and multi-branch inventory operations.
• UAE market knowledge is preferred; certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or similar are an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication capabilities.
