Responsibilities Across Roles:

  • Handle customer interactions across all touchpoints and ensure a consistently high-quality experience.
  • Manage and update customer data through CRM platforms.
  • Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining professional service standards.
  • Work with internal teams to improve service quality and boost client satisfaction.
  • Keep interaction histories and records well-organized and current.
  • Identify and support operational improvements to enhance service delivery.

What Applicants Should Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in CRM, customer experience, contact centre, customer service, or leadership roles.
  • Background in real estate, luxury retail, or fashion customer service is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and customer service platforms.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
