Vidira Concept Wedding Parties Organizing L.L.C. is hiring an Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai. This is an opportunity for an accounting professional with solid bookkeeping and VAT compliance experience who is looking to grow within a vibrant events and wedding services company.
You will manage the day-to-day financial workload independently, using Tally ERP and Excel as your primary tools. If you are precise, proactive, and comfortable working in a creative business environment, this role is worth your consideration.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain all financial records through accurate bookkeeping practices.
- Process AP and AR transactions and keep documentation well-organized.
- Prepare and file VAT reports in accordance with UAE regulatory requirements.
- Make and track payments, ensuring proper documentation for each transaction.
- Perform account reconciliations and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Generate financial reports and maintain tidy, audit-ready records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or similar.
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping, AP/AR processes, VAT reporting, and account reconciliation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
