Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care in home healthcare environments
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements
- Valid DOH RN License or Eligibility Letter (mandatory)
