    Position Purpose:

    Al Ansari Exchange is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remittance Clerk to accurately handle remittance and service transactions. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and have strong cash-handling experience, we’d love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver fast and professional customer service, following the SGOT Rule (Smile – Greet – Offer – Thank)
    • Ensure strict compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies and procedures
    • Collect, organize, and transfer all transaction documents as per filing protocols
    • Address and resolve customer complaints independently where possible
    • Handle incoming calls and provide remittance rates and information as required
    • Identify business opportunities and build customer relationships
    • Cross-sell products and services
    • Communicate training needs and participate in development programs
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
    • Perform technical support coordination and adhoc tasks assigned by supervisors

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • At least 2 years of experience in cash handling and customer service
    • Strong English communication skills
    • Flexibility to work various shifts and locations across the UAE
    • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
