Position Purpose:
Al Ansari Exchange is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remittance Clerk to accurately handle remittance and service transactions. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and have strong cash-handling experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver fast and professional customer service, following the SGOT Rule (Smile – Greet – Offer – Thank)
- Ensure strict compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies and procedures
- Collect, organize, and transfer all transaction documents as per filing protocols
- Address and resolve customer complaints independently where possible
- Handle incoming calls and provide remittance rates and information as required
- Identify business opportunities and build customer relationships
- Cross-sell products and services
- Communicate training needs and participate in development programs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Perform technical support coordination and adhoc tasks assigned by supervisors
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 2 years of experience in cash handling and customer service
- Strong English communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts and locations across the UAE
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
