Daikan Izakaya is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead its pre-opening team at Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi. If you know how to build a high-performing team from the ground up and deliver an outstanding dining experience from day one, this is an exciting one to consider.
You’ll oversee daily restaurant activities, lead the launch, and shape a positive team culture as this new izakaya concept opens its doors.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the restaurant’s pre-opening operations and preparing the team for launch
- Overseeing daily restaurant activities and front-of-house operations
- Building, training, and motivating a high-performing team
- Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining an exceptional guest experience
- Monitoring operational performance and maintaining high service standards
- Fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting continuous team development
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience managing a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to perform in a pre-opening environment
- A genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and strong team culture
- Interest in Japanese cuisine and izakaya dining concepts is an advantage
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
