Job Description
Arch & Art Advertising Boards LLC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Coordinator & Sales Executive to support its growing operations in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.
The company specializes in chemical etching, 3D signage, LED displays, UV printing, laser cutting, acrylic fabrication, engraving, and complete branding solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with clients, coordinating projects, supporting sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal departments.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer relationships, managing sales documentation, supporting project execution, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
- Support the sales team with order processing and sales administration
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor order status and follow up on project progress
- Assist in managing the complete sales support process
Customer Relationship Management
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects
- Respond promptly to customer requests and concerns
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
Documentation & Quotations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information
- Ensure all sales documents are properly organized and updated
- Support contract and project documentation requirements
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Liaise with production, design, and operations teams regarding project requirements
- Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to clients
- Ensure customer expectations and project specifications are met
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately
- Generate and update sales reports and activity summaries
- Track customer interactions and sales opportunities
- Assist management with sales performance reporting and analysis
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
Professional Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, customer service, or related roles
- Experience supporting sales teams and handling customer interactions
- Knowledge of the advertising, signage, or branding industry is beneficial
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Ability to prepare reports, quotations, and business correspondence
- Strong administrative and documentation skills
