Agri Ventures FZE is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive growth of its Home Care and Personal Care FMCG product portfolio across assigned markets in Dubai.
You’ll build relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers, achieve sales targets, and monitor market trends in a fast-paced consumer goods environment. Home care or cleaning product experience is a strong advantage.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and manage sales activities for home care and personal care FMCG products
- Identify new business opportunities with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and grow market share
- Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities and consumer trends
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for timely product deliveries
- Prepare regular sales reports and market updates for management
What you’ll bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience
- Previous home care or cleaning product experience preferred
- Strong understanding of distributor and retail sales channels
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills; UAE driving licence preferred
