Senior AC Technician

Maxco Electromechanical LLC in Dubai is looking for an accomplished Senior AC Technician with strong UAE/GCC HVAC experience to join its growing electromechanical team. If you are hands-on with a broad range of AC systems and take pride in keeping properties comfortable and compliant, this is your next role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of air conditioning systems across commercial and residential sites.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in Split, Ducted Split, Package Units, VRF/VRV systems, Chillers, FCUs, and AHUs.
• Carry out both scheduled preventive maintenance and reactive corrective maintenance.
• Complete all work in line with company procedures and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed service reports and communicate technical findings clearly to supervisors.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians during site activities.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of UAE/GCC experience in HVAC maintenance and installation.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and refrigeration principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence preferred.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
