Elegant Qubes Decoration L.L.C is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Senior Estimator to join its growing Dubai team, specializing in events, exhibitions, luxury interior fit-out, and bespoke joinery projects across the UAE and GCC.
You’ll prepare accurate project estimates, develop competitive tenders, and support commercial decision-making — collaborating closely with Design, Procurement, Project Management, and Production teams to deliver high-value projects successfully.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for events, exhibitions, luxury fit-out, and joinery projects
- Analyse project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine quantities and costs
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed, competitive tender submissions
- Develop pricing strategies while maintaining project profitability
- Estimate bespoke joinery, custom fabrication, and high-end fit-out projects
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and Production teams for aligned delivery
- Support value engineering initiatives to optimize costs and operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate estimation records and cost documentation
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years of estimation experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC market
- Proven experience in Events, Exhibitions, Interior Fit-Out, and Joinery projects
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, tendering, and cost planning
- Experience with bespoke joinery, custom fabrication, and luxury fit-out projects
- Strong commercial awareness and value engineering expertise
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management
