Tasees Properties has an opening for an Accountant to join its expanding real estate team in Ajman. If you have hands-on accounting experience in the property sector and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is a role worth exploring.

You will take ownership of daily financial operations — from recording transactions and handling reconciliations to preparing reports and monitoring cash flow. The position requires someone who is self-driven, organized, and comfortable working with Zoho Books.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Record and process daily financial transactions with accuracy and consistency.
  • Handle AP and AR functions and manage invoices, receipts, and journal entries.
  • Carry out bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger integrity.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with year-end closing.
  • Track cash flow and monitor day-to-day operational expenses.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Liaise with other departments to support ongoing financial activities.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is essential.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and financial data management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent time management and communication skills.
