Senior HR Manager

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing overall HR operations and strategic workforce planning
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Managing recruitment, employee relations, and talent development activities
• Supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
• Providing HR guidance and support to management and employees
• Maintaining accurate HR records and preparing workforce reports

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in a senior HR management role
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
