    Job Description

    Response Plus Medicals, a leading pre-hospitalization service provider in the Middle East, is urgently seeking an experienced Senior IT Helpdesk & Asset Officer to join its project team in Abu Dhabi.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT helpdesk operations, overseeing IT asset management activities, maintaining service quality standards, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage IT helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
    • Monitor and maintain SLA compliance across support services
    • Oversee IT asset management (ITAM) processes throughout the organization
    • Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, and IT inventory
    • Support Active Directory administration and user access management
    • Handle endpoint management and device control operations
    • Coordinate with internal teams to support IT infrastructure requirements
    • Prepare and maintain SOPs, documentation, and process workflows
    • Track IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including allocation and disposal
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives for IT service delivery

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, ECE, or a related field
    • ITIL certification is an advantage
    • 8–10 years of relevant IT experience
    • Minimum 3–4 years in IT Helpdesk and Asset Management roles
    • Strong knowledge of IT asset management and enterprise support operations
    • Experience working in SLA-driven service environments
    • Proficiency in Active Directory and endpoint management tools
    • Strong documentation and process management skills
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
