Senior Lab Technician

CCECC Dubai is looking for an experienced Senior Lab Technician to join its team on a prestigious infrastructure project. If you’ve spent years in road and infrastructure works and know how to keep laboratory testing at the highest quality and regulatory standard, this role is a strong match.

You’ll run laboratory and field testing, prepare accurate reports, and work closely with QA/QC and site teams — familiarity with Dubai infrastructure standards, DCL procedures, and RTA specifications is essential.

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting laboratory and field testing for soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregate materials
• Ensuring testing activities comply with DCL procedures, Dubai Municipality, and RTA specifications
• Preparing accurate test reports and maintaining laboratory documentation
• Coordinating with QA/QC engineers and site teams on project quality requirements
• Monitoring testing processes and ensuring timely reporting of results
• Maintaining laboratory equipment to established standards
• Supporting quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle

What you’ll bring

• At least 8 years of experience in infrastructure or road construction projects
• Mandatory UAE/Dubai infrastructure project experience, with RTA project exposure preferred
• Hands-on experience with Dubai Central Laboratory (DCL) requirements and procedures
• Strong knowledge of soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregate testing
• A valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Laboratory Technology, or a related field
