Procurement Engineer

Midas Energia LLC is looking for an experienced, motivated Procurement Engineer to join its expanding Dubai team. If engineering procurement is your world and you know how to manage purchasing activities efficiently while supporting live projects, this role is a great fit.

You’ll source quality materials, negotiate with suppliers, and keep vendor relationships strong — all while working closely with engineering and project teams to keep procurement schedules on track.

What you’ll be doing

• Sourcing and procuring electrical, mechanical, and industrial materials for ongoing projects
• Obtaining competitive quotations and negotiating pricing and commercial terms with suppliers
• Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships while evaluating supplier performance
• Coordinating with engineering and project teams to keep procurement schedules on track
• Preparing purchase orders and monitoring material deliveries to project sites
• Ensuring procurement activities comply with project specifications and company policy

What you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
• 3–5 years of procurement experience in the UAE, ideally in the Energy, MEP, or EPC sector
• Strong knowledge of local and international supplier networks
• Solid grounding in procurement processes, vendor management, and quotation analysis
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A UAE driving license is an advantage
