Job Overview
Enrollme HR Consultancy is seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior Officer – Admin Operations for an onsite role in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in administrative and HR operations, capable of managing multiple functions while ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate business travel arrangements, including bookings and documentation
- Oversee payroll-related activities in coordination with relevant departments
- Handle employee onboarding processes and ensure proper documentation
- Support recruitment coordination and related administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation systems
- Assist in daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency
- Liaise with internal teams to support operational requirements and workflow management
Requirements
- 4–5 years of UAE experience in administrative and HR-related roles
- Proven experience in travel management, payroll, onboarding, recruitment, and documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Native Hindi speaker with strong English communication skills
- Currently residing and working in the UAE
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
