Senior Operator (Manufacturing / Manufacturing Officer)

LIFEPharma FZE is expanding its Manufacturing Department and is seeking experienced professionals for the positions of Senior Operator – Manufacturing and Manufacturing Officer, with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical GMP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily manufacturing activities in line with the monthly production schedule.
• Perform manufacturing processes according to approved Batch Production Records (BPRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Carry out batch reconciliation and conduct in-process quality checks.
• Complete accurate entries in BPRs, machine logbooks, and manufacturing records.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards, SOPs, safety regulations, and personal hygiene requirements.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments.
• Support internal audits, investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and production operations.
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, batch documentation, and quality compliance.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
