Senior Recruiter

A growing executive search brokerage based in Dubai is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage the full 360-degree recruitment cycle from business development through to candidate placement.

You’ll build strong client and candidate relationships, achieve placement targets, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment alongside an ambitious and supportive team. British candidates are preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Own the complete 360 recruitment process from business development to successful candidate placement
• Source, screen, interview, and place high-quality candidates across a range of roles
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Negotiate offers and provide professional recruitment guidance throughout each hiring process
• Achieve monthly placement targets while delivering an excellent experience for clients and candidates

What you’ll bring:

• Proven agency recruitment experience with a consistent track record
• End-to-end 360 recruitment cycle experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a history of achieving targets
• UAE recruitment experience preferred; British candidates preferred
