Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with established healthcare standards and clinical protocols.
• Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, healthcare policies, and quality assurance standards.
• Implement and maintain infection prevention and control procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and healthcare procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid MOH License or MOH Eligibility Letter is mandatory.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 4–5 years of clinical experience within the UAE healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of MOH regulations, healthcare compliance requirements, and patient safety standards.
• Experience in patient care, clinical documentation, infection control, and physician assistance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
