Showroom Assistant

Infinity Hotel Supplies LLC, one of the UAE’s leading hotel supplies companies, is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Showroom Assistant (Female) to join its Dubai team.

You’ll be the welcoming face of the showroom — assisting customers, maintaining an attractive and organized display environment, and handling administrative tasks. Previous showroom management experience is required; hotel supplies industry experience is a distinct advantage.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome customers and provide professional, helpful assistance within the showroom
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom environment
• Assist customers with product information and respond to inquiries
• Handle showroom administrative tasks using computer applications
• Support daily showroom operations while delivering excellent customer service

What you’ll bring:

• Previous showroom management experience (required)
• Hotel supplies industry experience is an added advantage
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good computer knowledge and administrative abilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
