Sr. Executive (Accounts)

Navio Shipping is looking for an experienced Sr. Executive – Accounts to join its growing Dubai team. If you’ve built expertise in shipping, freight forwarding, or NVOCC liner accounting and want to move your finance career forward in logistics, this role fits well.

You’ll manage financial operations tied to shipping activities, keep accounting records accurate, and support reporting — with voyage profitability and vessel disbursements as a core part of the job.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing accounting activities related to shipping and logistics operations
• Preparing and monitoring voyage profit and loss (P&L) reports
• Handling vessel disbursement accounts and financial transactions
• Performing financial reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of accounting records
• Assisting with financial reporting and month-end closing activities
• Maintaining compliance with company accounting policies and financial procedures

What you’ll bring

• Experience in NVOCC liner accounting, shipping finance, or freight forwarding
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
